Processing Time

As our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. While most orders arrive within this window, some may take longer due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.

Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
